Rising Psychiatry is committed to making risingpsychiatry.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our approach

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The Site has been built with semantic structure, keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and text that can be resized without loss of function.

Assistive tools

This Site includes an accessibility toolbar allowing visitors to adjust contrast, text size, spacing, and other display settings to suit their needs.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the Site periodically and address issues as they are identified. Some third-party content - such as our patient portal or embedded scheduling -  is not fully under our control, though we work with vendors who share this commitment.
